Shoparcade.com offers you to send gifts to your dear ones live in almost anywhere in Pakistan. Through our service, you can place your order from the wide range of gift items shown on the website. The gift will be delivered on the delivery date you selected and at an estimated time to the address provided by you.

3. Can I phone or fax my order?
Sorry we don't start to accept order on phone or fax, we accept orders only online after securing your payment through the credit card / Net Banking and Cash on Delivery.

7. What are my Options for days of delivery and shipment time?
Shoparcade.com delivers over 150 cities in Pakistan. We have our own delivery team and partner courier services for standard shipments within Pakistan. We have two options for you to choose from for delivery:

a) Normal Delivery: In all cities we deliver on specific / request date.
b) Same day Delivery : All orders we received before 10 AM will be deliver Same day in all cities except some products which not available on that city.
c) Time Delivery : We also deliver Time delivery on some specific cities you can the cities we offer for time delivery , time delivery option are
i) 12 noon -2 PM ( Lunch Delivery )
ii) 2 PM - 5 PM
iii) 5 PM - 8 PM ( Dinner Delivery )
iv) 8 PM - 10 PM ( Late Night )
v) 12 AM ( Mid Night)

NOTE: Time Delivery / Same Day service is not possible on Special days like Eid, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day. Orders received with time delivery on these days will be deliver any time between 10 AM - 11 PM.
8. Is Same Day Delivery possible?
Yes Same Day delivery is possible in all major cities of Pakistan except certain products are not available in certain cities for same delivery. Please read product information while placing the order to check the availability of same of same day
Same Day deliveries are easily possible in all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Jehlum, Mirpur Azad Kashmir, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sialkot. Pleases call or e-mail to check for other cities.

10. Are the items will be delivering exact as per the display on webpage?
Flowers/Flower hampers and Cakes (Designing) might change. These are supply from the best vendors and are hand delivered. Other Gifts shall be delivering as per their descriptions mentioned in product details.

11. From where are the items bought?
We believe in maintain and improve the quality therefore we choose the best vendors and suppliers from all over Pakistan. We also get feedback from our customer's regarding quality of products especially Perishable items and Food items. For non For Perishable Item Like Cake, Mithai and Flowers we bought from top vendors of the city the order like Cake we use Five star Hotel, Pearl continental, Move pick, Marriott , Hob nob, Ridding rood, Kitchen Cosines etc. Mithai is always selected from renowned mithai vendors such as Dacca Sweets, Rehmat-e-Shireen, Sohni sweets, and Nirala sweets. Flowers are arrangement and chosen from our own preferred premium flower shops.

12.Is it possible to change or cancel my order that I have just placed?
Yes, you can change or cancel any time by calling or email us. If your order not process and shipped till we received your email or call then we no issue to cancel or change your order.

13. What is the mode of delivery?
In cities, we deliver delivers 100 % product by Hand through our delivery personal. In small town we shipped some product by using courier service.

14. Can I send some message with the gift?
Yes sure, you can send your message with the gift. You can type your message in 'Your Personalized Message' box while filling the delivery preferences. Your message will be writing or printed on Greeting Card delivered along with the gift.

15. Can I have the gift delivered on a particular date?
Yes off course we deliver all orders on request dates. You just have to to select the desired delivery date while filling the delivery preferences.

16. What could result in delayed delivery of my order?
Sometimes delivery might delayed due following below reasons
a) Late Credit Card Approval
b) Late Order Placement
c) Incorrect Address / Telephone No
d) Strikes / Rain and Floods / Acts of nature
e) Other causalities beyond control of our team

If address not correct or completed and the recipient phone # provided by you is not responding, we take order on hold and wait for receiver to pick the phone and give us the correct address. If there is no reply from receiver's end then will contact you by email / phone to give us correct address and correct contact number.

17. How do I know that my gift has been shipped and delivered?
A Confirmation e-mail shall be sent to you after your gift has been delivered. You can also track your order status online by our track order page.
18. What do you mean by 100% Satisfaction Guarantee at Shoparcade.com?
At Shoparcade.com we provide and deliver high quality product and service. If you feel that the delivered items were not as promise and assure, you may contact us within 12 hours after delivery at our customer service service@shoparcade.com or call to us with your order. Our team will listen your order complain and will be assess properly and rectify the issue in light of our with return / replacement policy.

19. What is your Refund / Return / Replacement policy

You would be provided with return/replacement instructions depending upon the nature of order. Each complaint would be assessed on a case to case basis.
A replacement delivery coupon of value equal to the value of original order may be offered for perishable gifts like flowers, cakes, mithai, fruits and chocolates. Other gift items may be returned for a refund, provided the product should be in its original unused form and packaging for return.
No refunds will be accepted for gifts delivered at incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Excess shipping and Handling charges (for express and custom deliveries) shall not be refunded for either perishable or other gift items.


20. How do I record a complaint regarding non-delivery of partial-order?
All complaints related the non-delivery of the specific order or any other issue about the products delivered be registered with us within 48 hours after the delivery done. 90% of our products are delivered together in one shipment; only 10% are delivered separately from different logistic locations.
