Refund, Return and Cancellation policy

As a leading retailer of gifting products, shoparcade follows a definite Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy to obtain most favorable customer satisfaction. When a customer gets in touch with us by email, phone or chat, we always intend to provide best technical support or customer service. However, it might happen that the customer may still find the product unsatisfactory for multiple reasons which are beyond our control, in such case we pursue a return or a refund policy described below:

Replacement - items not received in good condition?
Orders In case of perishable items, the request for replacement should be submitted within 12 hours of receipt of the items. In case of all other stuff, the request for return / exchange should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of the items. There are no additional delivery charges for the delivery of substitute items.

Refund against cancelled orders
Any cancellation request from sender after 2 hours of order placed, 10% will deducted (service charges) in Refund . For all the approved cancellations decided by the order amount will be refunded in full

In case of multiple items being ordered, if the delivery is not done for assured items, customers will be refunded against the non-delivered goods or services
